  Renee' Reed

  Detective of Lost Customers.... and President

  This is the second software Renee' has owned and actually the idea to start BizIdentity came about as she was marketing survey software in her first company, Surveytracker.com. Renee' graduated from Miami University in Oxford, OH with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree with a major in marketing and advertising. She started her career in several prominent Ad agencies marketing products from companies like Procter and Gamble and Celotex. From there, she went to co-own a survey software company. Using Google AdWords to market the software and paying 1000's of dollars a month for AdWords, she did research because she thought there had to be a better way to cut the online advertising budget. That is how she came upon Directory Listings. She found her website would gain rankings in the organic listings by manually submitting more and more content into the Directory Listings. These Directories created more relevant in-bound links that the Search Engines love. Developing a system to automate the submission process led to the start of BizIdentity. Now Renee' is very active with her clients and makes it a personal commitment to get to know her clients and discover the best way to get their business found online.

  Sara's passion for social media is deep rooted in her passion for people. Sara is a real "people person" with the kind of bubbly charm that translates perfectly into Social Media. She knows what it takes to engage people--which is what Social Media is all about! Sara's background in marketing and sales is a perfect combination. She approaches social media marketing with this in mind, "How can I make this produce leads for my client?" Then she asks the question again (just a little differently), "How can I make this produce MORE leads for my client?" By going the extra mile, Sara is able to connect to people through Social Media and make them want to find out more about the product or services our client has to offer.

  Lynn Bissell

  Marketing Assistant/Social Media Manager

  Lynn Bissell is BizIdentity’s Marketing Assistant and Social Media Manager. A graduate of Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, Lynn began her career as a publications editor with a small software company, writing the company’s customer newsletter and designing marketing materials. She first began to explore the world of blogging and social media in 2008 as a “mommy blogger” while at home with her four children, and from there began freelance web content writing and blogging for businesses. A lover of people, food, and wine, Lynn has worked in customer service as a server in both fine dining and casual upscale restaurants. Lynn lives in Lebanon, OH with her family and a big hairy Golden Retriever named Willa. She enjoys hiking, camping, and canoeing with her family and DIY home renovations. Her oldest daughter is a student at the University of Kentucky, so Lynn is "learning" to be a basketball fan of the Big Blue Nation (Go Cats!).
